How do I connect my own domain name to my new vLender.com site?
There are two ways to connect a domain to your site. The easiest way is to contact your domain registrar and tell them to "Forward" your domain to your vlender url. Your vLender url is given to you upon setup and contains your vLender username. So if your username is capital, your vLender url would be http://www.vlender.com/c/capital/. Simply replace the c/capital with your username.

The second way to connect your domain is through what we call a "Virtual Host". This is the best way to have your domain connected to your site for several reasons. You can do this by sending an email to our support team with your vLender username and domain name(s) you wish to use. You will then receive an email back with the instructions on getting the domain connected via a Virtual Host.

Do I have to use a domain name?
No. You will be given a default URL to use with your site, however it is recommended that you do have your own domain for branding and marketing reasons. Your default URL is setup in the following format: http://www.vlender.com/u/username/ where the first "u" is the first letter of your username and the full "username" your full username in all lowercase. So if your username is "maximum" your url would be http://www.vlender.com/m/maximum/.

Can I use my own domain name?

You can login to your BPM by visiting www.vlender.com and clicking the Member Login link or by simply clicking here.

Is all fo my client's data secure?
Yes. All data transmitted into/through your site is handled in a 128 bit SSL encrypted database. Only you will have access to your client's data. Please see our security page for more information.

Can I change my username later?
Yes. However there is a $30 charge in order to do so. Please be sure to choose a username you can be happy with when you first setup your account.

Can I add my own custom pages and how many?
Absolutely, with the vLender AnyPage system, you can create unlimited custom pages or use many of our pre-built content pages from the Content Library.

Can I turn off pages I don't want displayed on my site?
Yes, vLender understands that your company is unique and should have the ability to turn any features or pages "On" or "Off". To learn more click here

Can I upload my own photo and logo?
Yes, vLender's support staff can assist you in this process or you can do it from within your Business Process Manager by clicking the "Configure" button then the "Upload photo/logo" tab. If you would like us to resize and upload your photo and or logo for you, please contact our support staff at 800-550-1677.
